Refund policy

Every title we sell is a digital PDF, delivered by email. Even so, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the purchase, for any reason.

Write to support@horizoncare.site with the email address used at checkout and the order number. We process the refund to the original payment method; depending on your bank it takes between 5 and 10 business days to appear.

You do not need to delete or return the file. There is nothing to send back.
