How do I get the file after paying?
The download link is sent to the email address you use at checkout, right after the payment clears. If it does not arrive, check the spam folder and then write to us.
What format is it?
PDF. It opens on a phone, a tablet, a computer or an e-reader, and you can print it if you prefer paper.
Is anything shipped to me?
No. Every title is digital, so there is no delivery address, no postage and no waiting.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days of the purchase. Write to support@horizoncare.site with your order number and we take care of it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All the cards Shopify accepts, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Checkout runs on Shopify's own encrypted page.
Do I need an account?
No. Checkout takes an email address and nothing else.
